Room for rent

Have a new build 4 bedroom house but only 1 person lives here so thought I'd help others out. the other room is an L shape so whatever is preferred. Itz quite a big bigger than this one. That room isn't empty yet hence no pic.

Only looking for 1 person to help as 1 of the rooms is my sons room when he comes over as he lives with his mum. Im a professional and tend to work 7 days a week.

Whilst not working i see my son or watch a Movie or go for walks/food, drinks :) . Easy to get along with and super friendly! Like to keep things clean and tidy. choice of 2 bedrooms. Shared bathroom, Home cinema, washing machine/dryer/garden. Room currently empty but will be fully furnished or will help the suitable person to furnish it once I find the correct person :)

Situated in bolton town centre so good for trains/buses if that's needed. Any questions pop me a message :)
