Only a 5 minute walk from the train station, very easy to get into Manchester or Salford, plenty of shops around as it's in the town centre. As is it a students only residence, there is no council tax.

150/pw, bills included, tenancy is 46 weeks from 7th Sept 2024 - 25th July 2025.
