The room comes with a large double bed, two bedside tables and desk and chair and chest of drawers. There is also a built in store to keep clothes

you will be able to buy the furniture from me at a discounted price ( we can discuss this further if intrested

There is parking available for two cars out front and a cute little fenced garden at the back.

Bills are approx £170 ( gas & electric, council tax, water & WiFi )

My housemate is the most friendly girl, so kind, quiet and tidy. She also enjoys her own space but is always down for a chat
