Hello, my flatmate has created an add also. Sadly, she is moving out and we are looking for someone to move in with me :)

We have a double bedroom available in Bolton. The house is a 2 bedroom semi detached house - 2 double bedrooms

There is 1 shared bathroom and 1 guest bathroom downstairs. The house came unfurnished but now has all main furniture like bar stools, sofa, all kitchen appliances.

The room comes with a large double bed, two bedside tables and desk and chair and chest of drawers. There is also a built in store to keep clothes

you will be able to buy the furniture from me at a discounted price ( we can discuss this further if interested

There is parking available for two cars out front and a cute little fenced garden at the back.

Bills are approx £170 ( gas & electric, council tax, water & WiFi ) total costs for bills £692 per month.
