Hello I'm currently living in 1 of the rooms in this household and have been living by myself for a few months since my last housemate left.
Their room is now available in this house in a very commuter friendly area (3 mins walk from Hall-i-th-Wood station, direct links to Manchester victoria).
This is through the Kristian Allen agency so some details would have to be confirmed with them/your application would be through them, however I can get in touch with them if there is interest.
The house is quite spacious, and I currently have all amenities covered in the house including internet. Split with a new tenant this works out at roughly £150.50 a month.
