Room 5105 Premium ensuite at The Cube in Bolton. The building provides some services, such as a 24/7 help desk, a laundry room, gym and social space located in house. The Bolton interchange as well as Bolton town centre are both <5 minutes walk from the flat and there are many larger shops nearby, such as B&M, Morrisons and Sainsbury's. Bolton University is ~15 minutes away on foot.

The room is located on the 5th floor, with lift access, there is a step down onto a external walkway before stepping back up into the flat.

Tenants are provided with a fob to access the building as well as passing through some internal doors, such as the one leading to the flat.

The main room comes with some furniture: a double bed, desk and chair, and a good amount of shelf space. The ensuite is a wet room containing a toilet, sink, shower and some space for toiletries and towels. Lastly, the shared space is a kitchen and casual space. The kitchen comes equipped with: an induction hob, an oven, a large countertop, a fridge/freezer, a sink, and cupboard space. The common space has two sofa, a coffee table between them and four barstools against the countertop.

heating, water and internet are included in rent, which is paid in £2030.00 increments every ~3 months. The building is entirely student accommodation and is exempt from council tax.
