Lodger wanted for beautiful new build house

After a recent break up, I am looking for a lodger to keep me company in my beautiful new build property. There is a double room with sole access to the main bathroom with a bath. I have a garden with a lawn, a modern kitchen with plenty of storage, an office space that is free most of the time and a double drive. The area is quiet and peaceful and looks out over fields with sheep and cows. Must be okay with pets as I share the house with my little dog Mabel who will be in the house whilst I am work. Really easy access to Bolton hospital which is where I work as a health professional Monday - Friday. Female only please and no couples. The house is currently on the market (only because I cannot afford the mortgage alone) but would happily take it off the market for the right lodger. The monthly cost includes rent and all bills. Only one dog considered and would have to be okay with being alone with my dog in the house and dependant on whether they get on!
