Me (Alice Totkova) and Max Young are looking for tenants to take over our rooms for the next upcoming academic year! (September)

We already signed our contracts in December and cannot cancel them, but wish to move elsewhere . We are allowed to leave if we find tenants to replace us.
One room is an ensuite £149 per week (says 156 on the website though so probably raised price) for 46 weeks and the other is a studio £168 per week for 50 weeks.
All of my current flatmates are women studying in forensic science, art and special effects.
Max does not know all the subjects his flatmates obtain, but they are women apart from one male. Two studying in special makeup effects.
The accomodation is comfortable, there are weekly baskets of free marks and spencers food in the front reception area, as well as organised holiday events. Check the Instagram page for more
