Double room in Bolton area

Double room with own bathroom available in Bolton area. Close links to public transport to Salford and Manchester City centre. Bills included (£650 pcm) the property had 4 rooms in total, one being a spare room (guest welcome, I often have my sister come visit and stay there) another small box room which is used as storage room. Sizeable garden (need a little TLC if you’ve got a green thumb).
I have a 5 year old rescue Chihuahua so will have to be comfortable around dogs, happy when being cuddled and given treats.
Looking for someone to join our home not just looking to rent a room. I’m a shift worker so sometimes out till late/early morning. Message me if you are interested and we can arrange you to come look round/ meet :)
