If you’re looking for a comfortable and well located place to live, I’d love for you to come see the house that we’d be sharing. I’m a live in landlord and looking for the right person to move in to the second bedroom and share the house spaces with myself and Obi my very friendly blue Staffy.

A bit about me…I’m Sam, 35. I’m a Creative Lead at a creative agency based in the Northern Quarter in Manchester city centre. I work from the studio 4 days a week then from home once a week. I’m easygoing, tidy, respectful and very easy to live with (after living in a couple of houseshares in the past!). On the weekends I tend to be out seeing friends or on trips. Sundays I generally chill at the house and go for big long dog walks with Obi - as we’re surrounded by a lot of beautiful canals and nature. It would be great to have someone that’s equally easy to live with, is up for a chill now and again and is accustomed to shared living.
