I currently live alone in a large 3 bedroom terrace property (i am only looking to let one bedroom). I have been letting out sparerooms for the past 5 years so have plenty of experience of being a "live in landlord" and have good references.

The house has a kitchen, (new) bathroom, 3 bedrooms, a large lounge and seperate dinning room. the house is modern, bright and airy - in my opinion, but I'm bias :) The back garden has recently been renovated with a lovely decking and seating area.

The room is large and newly decorates with 6(!) wardrobes and a bookcase and overlooks the rear garden. Rent would include all bills.
