Ideally located semi in Boothstown, Salford, less than a mile from junction 13 of the M60, A literal minute walk from the precinct with a solid handful of useful shops, cafes and bars. If you need anything more than that it's no more than 20 minutes any direction to a bigger town or even Manchester is close by too which is even handier with the new V1 & V2 buses.
The room to rent is well sized with plenty of room for a double bed. It's got double wardrobe built into the wall, drawers and over bed cupboards as well.
In the house the kitchen, lounge, hallway and spare room have all be recently refurbished.
If you drive 3 cars you can fit them all on my drive. Got a garage for plenty of storage but it's not big enough for a car.
I've lived in this cul de sac for 20 years, the neighbours are great and friendly.
I do smoke but never in the house.
There's Internet, washer, drier, dishwasher, virgin media tv, bath and a shower. If you need to work from home you could use the smaller box room as an office .
The room would be let on a rolling monthly basis. Rent one month in advance plus a deposit of £100.
