Room available Mon-Fri, small double. (Would consider an occasional weekend if needed so some flexibility) Happy to consider short term rentals. Availability initially until July but this may increase.

Located in a quiet cul-de-sac,
5 minutes walk from Bramall Park
3 train stations within 2 miles
Space to park a car on the drive.
Bramhall Village & Cheadle Hulme both within 2 miles walking distance

Home occupied by live in landlord (me) and my cats so you must be happy to live with them. I work from home half of the week & will be around some evenings although lead a pretty busy life.

Available to someone who is friendly, relaxed, easy going & happy to respect my home. Female housemate preferred.

Bathroom is shared but I also have a second toilet downstairs. Happy to answer any questions about the room.
