The house is situated in a quiet neighbourhood on a private road. It is within 4 minutes walk of the nearest bus stop having direct connection to Manchester, Altrincham (and e. g. the Trafford centre,). It is also 10 minutes walk from Timperley metro station. The landlords are a married couple who live on the ground floor - the first floor being reserved solely for the tenants - but are at hand if/when needed. The landlords will handle any and all maintenance and repairs. The tenants have their own communal kitchen on the first floor. Only 2 of them (Bedroom 1 & 3 - BEDROOM 3 IS THE ROOM CURRENTLY AVAILABLE) will share the communal bath and shower room as bedroom 2 has an ensuite shower. There are a maximum of 3 tenants at any one time. There is free wifi and access to a washing machine and a clothes drying area on the ground floor.
