Room to let in shared flat for young professional

I am a 25 year old male young professional looking for a similarly aged flatmate to rent a double room within my flat. I work from home and play sport throughout the weekend, and I'm looking for someone who will fit in well and enjoy socialising while also respecting the flat and each others personal space.

The room is a reasonably sized double room that is part furnished with a bed and a large built-in wardrobe. There is space for other storage and furniture in the room as you see fit, and a desk can possibly be added prior to moving in if required.

The room is near to a shared bathroom with a bath-shower unit, toilet and sink. There is an ensuite attached to my room so there won't be full sharing, and storage space in shared bathroom will be available.

On top of this, there is a shared open-plan lounge and kitchen, which will be used frequently by myself. There is plenty of sitting space in both, and the kitchen will have fridge and freezer space as well as some storage for other equipment.

The flat itself is very well situated, about a 20 minutes walk from the centre of Altrincham and 15 minutes from the nearest tram stop. There are numerous bus routes within a reasonable walking distance, and a lot of supermarkets within walking/driving distance. There will only be on-road permit parking available for people with a car, but it is situated right outside the front door. There are also a number of pubs, bars, restaurants, gyms and stores within walking distance for when you need them!
