Modern town house within easy reach of Manchester city centre, old Trafford, media city and Salford University. It's located in an exciting new urban development close to the centre of Manchester. I've a double room with a separate private en-suite on the ground floor. The room has a French window link to back yard garden. Walking to city centre, it only takes about 15-20minutes at a good pace. There is Nisa Local supermarket, Lidl supermarket, pharmacy and ATM on the door step and free parking. Bus stop is just around corner with regular services to city centre.
from Manchester airport:
1/ Take a direct train to Manchester Piccadilly then a Taxi to the accommodation. It can be a shorter journey than the Manchester Metrolink, depending upon the number of stops.
or
2/ Take the Manchester Metrolink, tram service, from Manchester International Airport to Victoria train station then take an Uber taxi for the short journey from Victoria Station to the accommodation. The taxi journey to 4 the Phoenix from Victoria should cost less then the Piccadilly journey. You can also take bus 97, 98 outside the Victoria station if you don't want to take taxi. The stop you need to get off is broughton lane.

the short journey between the accommodation and the city centre can be either;
walked (about 15-20 min).

take the 97/98
bus from the stop near the accommodation to the city centre (about 5 min). This service operates approximately every 10 min weekdays
