Double room in clean, modern home.

Double, tastefully decorated and furnished room with space to work. Sky TV, Netflix and broadband are available in the room.

The room is next door to a large shared bathroom. We have a large kitchen and dining space that looks on to a large garden.

A drive is available to park on. Walking to the city takes 15 minutes and we are situated on a regular bus route.

You will share the communal spaces with us, our young son and small dog. We have lived with lodgers and guests for years and consider ourselves pretty easy going if you are respectful of us and our family home.
