A lovely, decent sized double room in a cosy, homely flat. The room has recently been refurbished (incl new carpet). Furnished with: bed, vintage wardrobe and matching bedside cabinet, chest of drawers, shelves, mirror and large floor to ceiling window.

The flat (Council Tax band B) has been recently renovated throughout including brand new kitchen and flooring and has a large balcony overlooking a pretty courtyard. Bills are included except electricity which is based on usage. You will often have the flat to yourself as I go away a lot for work purposes (acting tour).
The flat is located just off Bury Old Road in a quiet residential area about 5 mins walk from Cheetham Hill, with all its takeaways and supermarkets, and Heaton Park is a 20 min walk. Accessible transport links: nearest tram is Crumpsall - 10 mins walk, bus stops 2 min walk with regular buses into town - 15 mins. There is also off street parking.

I'm a friendly, sociable live in landlord although I do also relish time to myself. I work freelance in the arts and part time for a Buddhist Organisation. In my free time you'll find me at the theatre, cooking or at cross fit.
