Looking for new flatmate

Hey!

I am looking for a new flatmate to replace my current flatmate who will be moving by July.

It is a two bedroom flat with a balcony and a view overlooking a park. Both bedrooms are en-suite with shared living area and kitchen. The apartment is a 6 minute walk from Lidl and less than 25 minute walk to the city centre.

I am a clean and tidy ambivert, working in the city centre as a tax consultant and currently studying for my professional qualification.

Bills are not included but affordable - paid parking available/street parking(free) if preferred. Council Tax band - B.
