This is a student house and we are looking for either students or working persons. The rent varies for each of the three double bedrooms. We will provide a wardrobe, chest of drawers, study desk, and double bed. You have to share the kitchen (which has a washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, electric kettle, electric toaster built in gas hob, electric oven) and bathroom. Bills not included but can be if you want. You will also need to clean the stairs and hall way, kitchen, bathroom on a rota decided by all tenants. We will need proof that you are either a student or employed.

For couples there is an additional £85 per month charge.
