Looking for a housemate for our 4-person house share, located in Lower Broughton Salford.

The house is fully furnished, with a spacious living room and kitchen, great garden and garage. We've got two bathrooms, plus one ensuite in the property, so plenty of space and almost no overlap.

We try to keep the house clean and tidy, with a rota/schedule in place for each room, so finding someone who values living in a clean environment is really important to us.

Rent price excludes bills. But bills total around £80-£130 per month, depending on the season. Wifi, council tax and gas/electric are included in this estimation.

We're located in a pretty neat area, with 2 corner shops situated less than 3 mins away from us. And a Lidl roughly 8 mins away walking. We've got a medical centre 6 mins away from the house as well as Salford Uni Peel Park just 5mins away (Perfect if you like running).
