Gorgeous two bed house, looking for new tenant

I’m currently looking for someone to take over my tenancy, as I’m buying my first home.

I live with my best friend, who’s an absolute wonderful guy, in Salford, 20 minutes walk into the city centre.

The house is amazing, and I’m honestly sad to be leaving! It has private parking, a garden, a huge downstairs area with French doors out into the garden, and sky lights. Two bedroom, 2 bathroom, and plenty of storage.

My room has a little balcony, and fitted wardrobes, and we’d be willing to sort out a bed frame if a tenant needed.

Most of the furniture in the house will be changing, as my housemate is currently buying his own to replace mine.
