Two Housemates Wanted, Next July 🩵

🍰Hi everyone! My name is Keeleigh and next September, I’ll be going into my 3rd year of Law at Salford. We are currently advertising for two new flatmates for the upcoming academic year.
We have two double rooms available, one overlooking the drive and the next on the 3rd floor. The 3rd floor has its own en-suite and will be facing my room!
🤍Bills:
All bills are included at £140pp a week which includes water, gas, electricity, WiFi. We have a basement which the dryer is located, washing machine in the kitchen. A deposit will be required to secure your room and are happy to invite you to a house viewing if you are interested.
🚶‍♀️Distance from Uni:
In car, we are a ten minute drive (if that) away. Normally most of us take the bus.. which you can either get the bus outside our house or down the road. We are in such a quiet area and it’s genuinely been a pleasure to live here!
🍋Move in Day:
Move in day typically would be the first week of July, the landlord will meet you on the day and show you around, where you can find things etc.
