An En-suite room available. I will like to rent my home for 6months as to I will be out of town. My flatmate is a single mother. and I will be needing someone to move in ASAP. You also have your own bathroom and toilet. The apartment is a bell layout (rooms are on either side of the living room), so you have your own privacy and space. We’re on the 2nd floor so the mornings can be bright when it’s sunny 🌅

Location is very central and close to Victoria Station, the Arndale Shopping Centre and town centre itself. There’s a bus stop right outside our apartment block. Our block is gated and there are plenty of free parking spaces available.

My flatmate is very lovely and chilled person. I’m looking for someone who's really peaceful and friendly. working professional or a student preferably.
