Quiet room close to the city

This is a nice room, adjacent to the bathroom on the 1st floor. There is a double bed in the room and some furniture. There are two toilets in the house, one upstairs one downstairs. The house has a private parking space and is an end of terrace house in a quiet cul-de-sac. Two residents at the moment but from end of December only 1 (landlord - me). I am an easy going professional in his mid 30s. Looking for someone who will benefit from a peaceful, quiet house, preferably also a full time working professional, though will consider mature postgrad/phd students too. Rent includes everything to avoid having to split bills, so no other payments. There are 3 easy ways to the city center - 30 min walk, 10 min bus ride or a 10 min bike ride. Available from now.
