This is a lovely calm space for individuals and my road leads onto cringle park.

International students welcome. Lovely quiet place to stay.

I am a live in landlady My home is very bright and clean and their is good facilities for cooking with lots of space in the kitchen.. I generally work away for 80 percent of the time.

I also have a dog who lives with me so it’s important that you are ok with dogs.

Shops are close by and a 5-minute walk to Aldi and Tesco's. Only 3.5 miles to the city Centre. Transport is regular and excellent for buses and trains. It takes 7 mins by train to the city Centre and 20 minutes by bus which is the 192 that arrive every 5 minutes.

Its a very quiet space and great place to study.
This is a very friendly environment.
All bills are included in the price of the rent including council tax. The rooms are different size so different prices.
I am generally looking for people that are clean and tidy and respect my home.
It’s not a house for parties I like it to remain a peaceful environment.
