Single room Burnage Area Manchester

Hey there,

We have a room available to rent in the burnage area, ten minutes from the Parrswood complex.

Transport

Ten minute walk from East Didsbury tram stop,
Three minute walk from the 50 bus stop on kingsway
Ten minute walk from the buses running to trafford and into stockport
Five Minutes from Burnage Train station

The house is a 4 story terrace with the kitchen on the bottom floor, Livingroom and dinning room on the second and the bedrooms and bathroom on the third and fourth. Its right on a main road with parking available outside the houses.
There isn’t designated parking spots, so its first come first served for spots.
We have a decent sized yard out back as well.
It does generally get cold during the winter, so heating goes up a bit depending on how much we use.

The room has a otterman queen sized bed in it, along with a set of draws. If needs be we can get rid of the bed if you have your own furniture, but that can be discussed on a case by case basis.

We see the entire house apart from bed rooms as a shared space, so if there’s anything you'd wish to bring with you, IE equipment, Instruments, tools ect we're more than happy to make space to accommodate anything like that.

Rent is £283.33 and bills come to around £100 - £125 depending on time of year, how much we use in gas and electric ect. This includes Virgin 100mb Internet with TV which includes BT sports.
Deposit is £275

Where looking for someone who is preferably working in a full time Job or is studying for a PHD or Masters and is looking for somewhere to set up shop for at least 6 months to a year. Someone with the same likes as us would go a long way.

We generally don’t allow smoking around the house. Vaping is fine and on the occasional weekend i smoke in my room, but not anywhere else in the house unless everyones fine with it (usually a one off after a night out).

A little about us

We both work and study full time more or less 9-5 monday to friday, I currently work alteast one saturday a month.

I have 1 three legged cat that is almost 2

We're both into our music, music production art and all that, so very much the creative types. We both enjoy Gaming, watching films, TV and playing boardgames.

We will be wanting to organise a meet up at the house if we think you're a good fit.

We'd also like a reference from your Previous/current landlord. I will supply contact details for myself and the current landlord of this property as the final stage of moving in.
