Large Double Room plus smaller office/living room

Our lovely home is open to someone wanting their own space with travel links to Manchester on their doorstep. We are also a 15 minute walk from Levenshulme and a 35 minute walk or 8 minute drive from Didsbury. Students, professionals and anything in between welcome.
If you want more of a house share with sociable vibes then that isn't quite what we're offering. We are looking for someone to be a lodger. This is why you will have two rooms that are all yours. We would however share a bathroom, kitchen and dining area. You would have your own large, furnished double room with a kingsize bed. On top of this, we are offering our smaller bedroom as a space that will also be your private space. It would work as a small living area/office complete with TV, sofa, chair and desk.
We welcome someone who is clean, a cat-lover and kind. We work full time during the week as primary school teachers. We play sports and relax when we have the chance on week nights and enjoy being active, seeing family and going out for food and drinks at weekends.
