Cozy room in Veggie House - Furniture is flexible

Furniture can be changed, including bed frames etc for the right person with long term intentions.

We are looking for a new family member of this beautiful house we share with close friends. If you are someone with initiative who is keen to do things together and contribute to the atmosphere of the house please get in touch.

We have a Cozy Room available in a massive bright house we just moved into with excellent housemates and brilliant public transport routes to town, airport and Uni nearby, shops, parks, Fallowfield Loop, etc. All spaces in the house are communal so even if the house is small, you would be living is a lush place full of love.

The room's furnitures are flexible and things can be changed to suit the right person. We currently have a high bed with space underneath but if you prefer changing things we wouldn't mind sorting it out and changing things up.

450 plus bills - around 550 total. Veggie house (ok for meat eaters who do not cook meat in the house) - available from 3rd of May.

It's a room at a house for 4 close to Gringle Park in Burnage / Levenshulme area. Housemates are into running, circus skills, hikes, sustainability, festivals and the odd house party but mostly chilled house.

House has 3 bathroom, 2 shared living room, big open kitchen and a great conservatory and garden with bike shed.

Rainbow colours welcome, no worries if you are not as long as you are open-minded and respectful. We have loads of queer and Trans friends and organise gatherings often so if you only want a room and not the rest, this is probs not for you.

Pets can be considered although one person is allergic to most cats, no couples, no cigarette smokers.
