Large Double Bedroom in Burnage

Hi,

My name is Kerry and I have a large Double room for rent in Burnage.

The room is part furnished and comes with:
- Double Bed
- Sidetable
- Desk

What you would need are drawers and a wardrobe or rails for clothing.

There is a bathroom with a bath and shower, a fully equipped kitchen (pots, pans, plates and cutlery) along with microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge, freezer and washing machine. A small dinning room table has been ordered for the kitchen as well. Also storage under the stairs for anything like suitcases, bikes etc.

There is a small room I pay for upstairs that has my DJ equipment in and I use for WFH (twice a week). However, I am happy for the second Tennant to come in and use the room to watch TV or just to chill out.

The flat also has our own patio area out the front, which is ideal for BBQ's or having people round to sit outside when it is nice.

Surrounding area has:
- Tesco - 5 min walk
- Burnage Train Station - 5 min walk
- East Didsbury Tram Stop - 10 min walk
- Parrswood Entertainment Centre - 10 min walk

There are 2 pubs nearby, and the infamous Miami Crispy.

A bit about me is that I work full time as a Project Manager, and at weekends I am out DJing. I also have a 3 year old indoor cat named Cake. She's a brown and ginger British Short-hair, very lazy and quiet.

Open to couples moving in, however the rent would need to change to accommodate bills for the third person (mainly water rates, council tax and electricity) and I am open to discussions for anyone with a cat. I wouldn't be able to accommodate a dog sorry.
