My current flatmate is moving out by 19 December 2025 but I’d still like to stay here- it feels like home 🏡

This flat is in a very convenient area:
-Free parking 🅿️ space (gated).
-Bus stops in close proximity (by our car park gate, another one just across the road).
-Train 🚆 station is less than 10 minute walk.
- A big Tesco 🥒 3 minute walk.

This flat consists of 2 double bedrooms (furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, side tables and chest of drawers).

A shared bathroom 🛁 (bath with a shower head and a wc).

Open plan kitchen with washing machine, stove, fridge, microwave, air fryer and other kitchen appliances.

Living area is furnished with X2 double couches, dining table and tv.

The whole flat is going for £925/month excluding bills but willing to give my new flatmate a £25/ month discount (in which I will cover).

Bills amount to about £160-£170 each per month.
End of October breakdown of bills each:

Water 💧 : £30. We paid a total of £150.40 end of October covering 6 months.
Council Tax: £94.50
Electric ⚡️ : £40.84
