Large Room in Three Bed House

Huge double room in three-bed semi-detached house located in a quiet street in Burnage, available immediately for short- or long-term let. Close to travel links into the city centre and a short walk from Fallowfield. Lots of amenities on hand, two minutes from local supermarket and free on street parking.

The house has large living room, dining room, morning room, bathroom and a modern kitchen with washer/dryer and dishwasher. There is also a south-facing garden with raised decking that is lovely in the summer. The room is available as furnished or unfurnished as preferred.

A little bit about myself and my housemate Andy. I'm 27, and have lived in Manchester for a couple of years having studied film at university over in Sheffield. I currently work as a baker although from time to time I mess around with the odd film project and a bit of editing work. I'm a pretty easy going person and am happy to both go out on a weekend with friends or just hang out round the house and watch a few movies.

Andy, 26, has been in Manchester for about eighteen months after spells in Leeds and Liverpool and works as a civil servant. He's got a great knowledge of music, non-league football (poor guy) and makes a mean cup of tea. We've actually known each other for about ten years or so after going to college together in Southport. We're both very friendly and easy to get along with.
