Fantastic double room! Big backyard, close to town

Redecorated fully-furnished first-floor bedroom available for a lodger for a short-term let until 27th November 2026. The room is bigger than the photos make it seem, I’m just terrible at taking pics! The room has a queen-sized bed, double wardrobe, chest of drawers, bookcase and is carpeted.
There’s two of us living here at the mo, both professionals, both really friendly, social and easy to get on with. We share two bathrooms, the lounge and the kitchen (with dishwasher, washing machine, separate dryer, fridge-freezer and chest freezer) and an office. Lounge has big widescreen telly with the various streamers. There’s a big backyard with table and chairs and plenty of space for sitting out in summer. A cleaner comes once a fortnight who can do your room too.

We’re within walking distance of Bury Town Centre and on the same road as Fairfield Hospital with local bus routes very close by and less than 20 minutes walk to the Metrolink and bus station. Parking is also available nearby. All bills are included (gas, electric, broadband, water, council tax).

In terms of local amenities, there’s a supermarket and post office each less than a minute's walk away, a pharmacy about 3 minutes walk away and other shops nearby. A couple of lovely parks nearby too.
