The room itself has a queen-sized bed, double wardrobe, chest of drawers, book case, mirror and floor lamp. In the house there's a shared lounge, kitchen (with dishwasher, washing machine, separate dryer, fridge-freezer and chest freezer) and upstairs and downstairs bathrooms. There’s a good sized back yard with a table and chairs and plenty of space for sitting out in summer. A cleaner comes once a fortnight who can do your room too. There is parking available on nearby side streets.

In terms of local amenities, there’s a supermarket and post office each less than a minute's walk away, a pharmacy about 3 minutes walk away and other shops nearby. A couple of lovely parks nearby too.

There's two of us in the house currently including myself. I’m a live-in landlord, social and very easy to get on with and am looking for a lodger who's the same. I’m also gay so it's an LGBTQIA+ friendly house.
