Furnished single bedroom in terraced house

Hello, I am looking for a clean and respectful female to move in to my spear room. The room is a single room furnished with a bed and a chest of drawers. The house is furnished and will be a shared living space between me and yourself, fully equipped with everything you need already. There are great transportation links to bury, Manchester and Bolton close by. I have 2 sausage dogs one called Ruby who is 1 and one called Lucy who is just a puppy. I am looking for someone who is a dog person for obvious reasons and that is respectful and clean. I am very outgoing and enjoy socialising etc so looking for someone similar.
