Bury room close to Fairfield hospital

I have a Double room available soon, the room has had a fresh paint and deep clean and new bedding.
The current household work full time so hours are various.
Nice relaxed house not a party one, so would suit somebody who is happy to come and go as they please and suit a mature person.
Must be clean and tidy but no need for OCD - some general house rules. Do accept smokers but not in the house.
The room comes with a double bed and wardrobe plus some storage draws, has a small fridge, tv on the wall. There is no desk facility for working from home.
Shared Bathroom - kept very clean !!
Kitchen - Cooker, Kettle, Microwave, Pots Pans and Plates for use. Washing Machine.
Outside garden space - Bench for that summer time BBQ !!
The living room is not a shared space.

There is off road parking on the street - not always direct outside the house due to current 2 cars at the property but plenty of space on this street.
The house is close to Bury Town centre 5 mins drive, good bus networks and close to motorway.
Room rate is for all bills and broadband and you are required to buy your own food and other bits eg washing and cleaning products.
