I’m looking for a new housemate to join me at the end of January in this stunning 2-bed apartment in the centre of Manchester. The apartment is in the One Regent building. Ideally located in Castlefield, one of Manchester's most vibrant destinations, packed with buzzing bars, restaurants and offices and a short stroll into the City Centre.

The apartment is furnished to a very high standard throughout, and everything was brand new when I first moved in just over 2 years ago. The room is a good-sized double and you would have sole use of the large main bathroom with waterfall shower and bath.

There is an open plan living/kitchen/dining room, leading onto a large sized balcony which faces into the internal private courtyard. All appliances have been integrated, including; fridge-freezer, dishwasher, ceramic hob and oven. Washer/ dryer has also been installed in the utility cupboard.
