Hi! My name is Jack and I have been living here for the last 18 months. I am moving to London for work soon, so I am looking for somebody to move in to what will soon be my old room!
The other tenant (your hopeful new flatmate) is a 22 year old working professional - he is sociable, clean and tidy and has been incredibly easy to share a flat with for the last 6 months.
The flat is a 2 bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor, fully furnished and has all of the amenities - dishwasher, a brand new washer dryer, a massive shared living room and a good sized balcony with great views of the City.
The building is located a 5 minute walk away from a retail park which has everything you could possible need. There is a massive Sainsbury's, JD Gym, Argos and 24/7 McDonalds.
It is roughly a 10 minute walk to Spinningfields and 20 minutes to the Arndale Centre and Train stations.
Monthly rent is £495 pcm with bills totalling roughly £130, This covers absolutely everything: Council tax, Internet, Water, Enery and TV License. With the flat being located so centrally, you save a lot of money on travel as it isn't really necessary depending upon where you work.
I am looking for someone to move in ASAP, so will be looking to hold viewings as and when people request to do so. There are no agency fees attached to the property.
