Room with own bathroom in Castlefield

My flatmate's room is available from early June (may be sooner) so looking for someone to move in to this lovely flat with me! The room is furnished, comes with built in storage, an extra storage room, and a large private bathroom. The flat is really spacious and has a balcony. The building has a free gym, sauna, rooftop garden and concierge - everything you could want really!

Location is perfect, it's within walking distance of several tram and train stations so easy to commute to anywhere. It's only a 5 minute walk to Deansgate so very handy for bars/restaurants, or people who work in town.

I'm Ru, 29, Irish. I have student status but work full time so postgrad students or professionals are fine with me. I'm into psychology (my job), yoga, pizza, Netflix and going to the pub, so am happy to share any of those interests and hang out with my future flatmate, don't want us to be strangers! I'm veggie, I don't mind what you eat, but I'm hoping to keep it a vegetarian-friendly household, so ideally looking for someone who would also eat veggie in the house/at least most of the time.
I'm hoping for someone who's going out to work on at least some days (I'm going to work 3 days per week currently),to make sure we each get some space to work from home if necessary. Other than that, I'm just looking for someone very clean in the communal areas, and someone friendly.
