Hi,

2 large rooms available in One Regent Apartments, 1 room has an ensuite. Apartment is canal facing so the balcony gets the sun from the afternoon. There is also a large communal terrace area outside the property thats easy to access with sun all day.

Both rooms are available on a short term basis for anything in between 1-3 weeks, just need someone to cover the end of the tenancy. Rooms don't have to be rented together. Most bills are already paid for but electricity will need to be paid for your stay depending on tenancy length.

25 year old professional male will still be in the flat, he's sound and sometimes funny so looking for someone similar, couples are also welcome.

Apartments are 2 min walk away from Sainsburys, JD Gym on a retail park, train / tram station is 10 min walk away.
