I work in town full time and can't work from home, so you can have the place to yourself if working from home.

I'm a professional working in the city, I'm easygoing, always up for a laugh. I'm around in the evenings and sometimes away at the weekends. I'm always up for playing a bit of tennis/golf/kayaking/skiing or heading to the outdoors on weekends. if you're up for a drink and you love music we'll get on like a house on fire

Rent includes Pool, gym membership, concierge, etc.
Council tax, electric and water to be split

No parking included but you can try and rent a spare space in the building, or there's an NCP over the road you can get a monthly pass for.
