Modern 2 bed, 2 bath apartment near Spinningfields

I'm looking for a flatmate to share my apartment with. It's 2 beds, 2 baths, open plan kitchen/living area and a small balcony (4th floor) with views of the river. You would have sole access of the large bathroom as I have the en suite room. It's a 5 min walk to Spinningfields and the bars/restaurants.

I work from home and the location would also be ideal for someone who works centrally. I'm chilled and like to keep things clean and tidy person so that's a must for a new flatmate. I like to go out for drinks/eat out on weekends. I'm looking to live with someone chilled and likes their own space but is also up for socialising occasionally. I'd ideally prefer another professional female to share with.

The flat will be available from 1st September 2024 as that's when my current flatmate moves out. (This date can't be changed so please don't message if you need somewhere sooner).

Rent is around £714 and approx with bills on top. The pics are from a show apartment but the layout etc is like for like.
