Looking for a flatmate for the second room in my apartment within the stunning Vox building.

About the apartment
You’ll have your own private en-suite and direct access onto the balcony from your room with great views of the city. Being fully furnished, it has 2 bedside tables, a double bed, and a walk-in wardrobe room.
I already live in the apartment and it has everything needed – living room furniture, dining room table and chairs, a TV, all kitchen stuff, a Nespresso coffee machine, built in dishwasher, washer-dryer, and a large fridge freezer.

The building itself boasts a rooftop running track and gym, residents lounge which is great to work in if you work from home, a spin studio, large rooftop terrace with 360 degree views, resident community events, 24 hour concierge, a post room and free coffee machines throughout the building.

It is only a 2 min walk to Cornbrook tram stop, about 10 mins walk to bars at Castlefield Marina (eg Dukes 92 and The Wharf), and 15 minutes walk to Deansgate or Spinningfields. Whilst parking is not included, there are options if required.

The total, including all bills, is likely to come to between £850 and £950/month.

I’m 30 and been living in Manchester for over 6 years in total after spending time also in London, and abroad. I have my own business in aircraft engineering which means I sometimes travel abroad for work too, and I also manage a few AirBnBs across the North West. I usually WFH if not out and about. I’m easy going, clean and tidy, and I love to travel or do outdoorsy things on weekends.

Without this sounding like a dating app bio, I’m ideally looking for someone who would be up for doing things together but also respectful of personal space and keeping the apartment clean as, I’m sure you’ll agree when you see it, it is absolutely stunning!

Please note - the room is probably not ideal for WFH due to layout/shape. There is a study room on the top floor of the building however if this is needed.
