Female Flatmate Wanted 2 Bedroom Apartment

I’m currently looking for a flatmate to move in on March 1st.

This lovely flat is just a 10-minute walk from Deansgate and a 30-minute walk from the university campus. but still quiet as it’s away from the main road. The building has lower-level parking.

It has an open-plan kitchen with a balcony which has a lovely view over Manchester. The kitchen also has a dishwasher and a spacious countertop.

The apartment is 2 bed 2 bath so you will have a large bathroom to yourself which has a bath/shower. It isn’t en-suite but it is opposite your door.
The room is a decent size and the whole apartment block is very quiet (I never hear my neighbours). The apartment has disability access and has a lift.

It also has a washer and dryer, and the bins are on the lower level of the building itself.

It's super spacious and has tons of light. (Unfortunately, the TV was my flatmate's so rip)

The rent is 900 a month (£450 each) and with bills, it adds up to around £528 in total each. Excluding council tax.

The deposit when I moved in was 975 so I'm assuming it'll be the same!

Looking for someone who's up for a drink once in a while but also values their time alone (I like my own time a lot). Generally just someone I can get along with.

Ideally you are a student (sorry but because of council tax). I like to keep the apartment fairly clean so I don’t think it would work if you are super messy unfortunately.
