Room to rent in fully furnished modern apartment!

Double room with en suite bathroom which is accesible from living area also ('jack and jill' style). The apartment has amazing amenities such as a rooftop lounge area/outdoor area, gym and workout studio. Cornbrook tram station is right behind the apartment block and the city centre is just 10 mins on the tram or around a 25 minute walk. The apartment is very sociable with a mix of students and young proffesionals. There is also a 24 hour concierge. There is a car park but this is at an extra cost for a space.

I will be sharing the apartment with my very friendly border collie dog Lily. I am a 26 year old music business student. I am also a singer/songwriter and working part time at a local bar. I am very outgoing and sociable, and I would say very easy to get along with. I would preferebly like someone who is sociable also and someone who likes dogs.
