Double room to rent in Castlefield

My current flatmate is moving out to buy a house with her partner. Her room is available end of Feb and the contract runs until 01/02/2023.
The room is a double room, with ottoman style bed, built in wardrobe, black out curtains, spotlights, hard wood floor, and come with side tables and a chest of drawers- you would just need to bring a desk if needed.

We have a large open plan kitchen/dining room/living room, with a sofa bed, 5 seater table, dishwasher, oven, American style fridge with ice and water dispenser. TV is also included as I bought it.
The shared bathroom has both a bath and a shower. And we have a 32ft balcony that overlooks Manchester.

I’m a 23 year old young professional currently working from home but aiming to be in the office 2 days a week. I go to the gym during the week, and out socialising most weekends.

The flat is a 7 minute walk from deansgate train station, and 5 minute walk from deansgate-castlefield tram stop.
