Due to a change in circumstances for my flatmate, he is moving out before the end of our tenancy. The room is available from the end of January, with 6 months remaining on the tenancy, with the option to then extend by 3, 6 or 12 months (I am looking to extend by 6 months from July 2023 - January 2024).

The apartment located on the 12th floor of Vox, which is only a 10 min walk to Deansgate and City Centre, and located right next to Cornbrook tram station, only 1 stop from Deansgate/Castlefield and 2 from St Peters Square. It has a gorgeous roof terrace, runnning track on the room, gym and yoga/cycle studio which you can book out for a private workout, a professional work space on the 15th floor rooftop area with free coffee/team/hot chocolate on the ground and 15th floor. The building has a concierge and private post room and the community is very friendly, the building often hosts building activities and drinks on the roof terrace.

I am a professional who works from home 3/4 days a week. I have no real preference for a new flatmate, and I am 100% happy if you have a pet you want to bring.

The rent is £670 per month, including broadband and then £110-£150 bills. The deposit is 5 weeks rent (£770).
