Double room near city centre & Deansgate

My flatmate moves out at the end of our tenancy agreement in September and I am looking for someone to replace him.

The Apartment is fully furnished, lets in lots of natural light and is based in the luxury Deansgate Square towers.

There is a large double room with en suite available from the start of October 2022.

Bills not included in the rental price*
Rent will be divided equally between all members of the flat. So if you are a couple, rent will be £500 each plus bills. (As I rent the smaller room and 2 flatmates will reduce available space in the common areas for myself).

About me:
I am 26 years old. I work in Civil Engineering in the city centre, working from the office most days, occasionally going away on site visits.

I enjoy using the facilities available in the building, especially the pool and gym and like to go gardening or for hikes at weekends.

I am looking for someone who is also a professional as affordability checks are required by the landlord. I would need the person to be clean and tidy and would prefer someone who doesn't work from home or would be happy to work from their room as I like to keep my work life and home life separate. Alternatively, there are facilities on site for people wishing to work from the building so if you would be happy to do that, this could be an option.

I would like to find someone who I can form a friendship with but who is happy doing their own thing.

*Council tax band E,
- Currently paying approximately £160pp/month for all bills.
- Parking available in the building for £160/month or alternative parking is available in the Manchester Bridgewater hall car park for approximately £110/month.

Photos are the ones sent to me by the landlord prior to moving in and are actually of an almost identical flat a few floors down but the layout is the same.
