I have a double room available in Hill Quays. Very close to Deansgate tram and train stations, First street, and a 5 min walk to Oxford Road.

High speed broadband (Hyperoptic). The room has plenty of storage space and you would have the main bathroom. There is a large roof terrace, with sofas (and is currently being refurbished).

I am away from the apartment for most of the week for work, so you would often have the place to yourself.

Parking (if required) is also available underground, from the building’s management company.

The apartment also includes use of the building’s gym.
