Looking for someone to take over a lease from my current friend/flatmate, who has just bought a house and is therefore sadly moving out in September :(
About the room/flat:
- Spacious double room with large separate bathroom (I have an en-suite off my room, so this bathroom would essentially just be yours)
- Nice shared living space/kitchen area (bigger than it looks in photos!) with sizeable balcony looking over secluded leafy courtyard
- Washing machine, fridge, freezer, dishwasher included (flat is fully furnished)
- 10 minutes from Cornbrook tram stop, less than 5 minutes from local shops and bars
- Bills and council tax NOT included! I can give a detailed breakdown on request :)
- Can also provide further details re: deposit/content insurance etc. on request
About me:
- 26 years old, female
- Full time working and part time studying. I currently split working between the office and home - although I will mostly be office based over the next few months, as I'm starting a new job
- Fairly low-key, tidy, considerate
- Pretty social and enjoy going to the pub with/going out with friends - but not necessarily a 'party girl' (bit of an "extroverted introvert", to be honest)
- Would be really great to have someone I can hang out/be friends with, but I'm also very respectful of personal space
- Love doing cultural things - museums, art, films theatre, festivals etc.
- I volunteer one night a week, and am a little bit involved in local politics
- Currently trying to learn Spanish, so Spanish speakers very welcome!
