Small double bedroom in central Deansgate

The apartment is a two bed flat on the canal side in Castlefield (Next to The Wharf). It is literally less than a five-minute walk to Deansgate train station and Metrolink.

The apartment has a large open living Space with an island kitchen, wine cooler, TV etc. There is one bathroom (shower) and an en-suite (shower and bath) so you would pretty much have your own bathroom.

Some of the photos are of the Show home, as still waiting on furniture to be delivered, so would ideally be looking for someone to move in towards the end of May. The apartment is on the second floor and comes furnished.

YOUR ROOM:
The room available is the smaller double bedroom with floor to ceiling windows that lead onto the balcony. The room consists of a small double ottoman bed, side tables and fitted wardrobes.

BILLS:
Bills will be split 50/50 between the both of us which will be for electric, water & broadband (about £100 a month depending on usage)

ME:
I am currently studying Fashion Promotion at MMU, but have taken a year out for placement. I am very creative and would like someone who is as well, photography, styling, marketing etc. I am quite social and like going out for food, drinks etc. but do like my down time, being clean and tidy is a non-negotiable for me.

YOU:
Ideally a female who is either an older student or a young professional. A big thing for me is that we get on and have similar interests I don’t want any tension with the person I’m living especially when we’re sharing living space. I really want to be able to form a friendship to chill together, cook together etc. so someone who is fun, friendly, outgoing is a must.
